Girl Crush Friday - the "mature" edition

Happy Friday all,
I can't believe it's Girl Crush friday already....where has the week gone? In just 3 days the kids will go back to nursery and everything will go back to relative normality!!!
So this week I have 2 lovely "mature" ladies to share with you - both are so beautiful and so talented in their own right; so here we go!!!

Nigella Lawson

I mean really there is so much I could say about Nigella; not only is she completely beautiful but she is an amazing cook - and I WANT her store cupboard. I actually have kitchen envy everytime I watch her. She also dresses really well for her shape - so gorgeous!!!

Lady Helena Bonham Carter
Lady Helena is the most amazing actress of our time - she plays parts that most of young hollywood can only dream of. From Ali in Planet of the Apes to Emily in The Corpse Bride and who can forget Bellatrix Lestrange in Harry Potter and The Red Queen in Alice in Wonderland? She puts a little of herself into each part she plays - and she does it with such amazing grace and poise!!! And of course she is completely beautiful and has that quirky edge!!!!

So that's it for this week's Girl Crush Friday, if you have a topic you want to see on GCF let me know.... I'll see what I can do!!!

Finally I wanted to say a quick THANK YOU to all my lovely readers for being so kind over my recovery period - it has been so, so appreciated!!!!! The bruising has gone down quite alot now, the leg lumps are slowly dissolving, and the larger cut is starting to heal - i think that's the most painful thing right now!!!!

See you all tomorrow,
love, V xoxo

I'm not very familiar with Nigella (I'll have to look her up) But Helena is SO talented. She can really make your skin crawl. Great choices!

Great picks! I used to watch Nigella's show on the Food Network - she's fun to listen to. Glad you are feeling better.
