WOYWW........SHOCK.........

~Happy Wednesday all.......
~Where does the week go? It's passed in a blur of busyness again, what is that??? I'm posting early again today because I have to get Robbie to nursery and then this afternoon the boys are off to see their mum for a few days so I will be having some more creative days!!!!! I just checked and next Tuesday will be 2 years since I started my blog.... I can't believe how different things are for me now!!! Also tomorrow till be my 300th post.....300!!!!!!! WOW...... and right now I have 107 followers, things are really progressing. To all of you regular readers of my blog, thank you so much - I love knowing that people like to read this and like to look at my creations, it's fab!! And I love to blog - I've met some fabby people through doing this and learned to love writing again.

~Ok so this week, Morph has made comeback - he had a fab holiday and a well earned rest from entertaining my blog readers. Several people have mentioned the green pouch - we got given this felt pouch by a friend and Jay added the buttons and ribbon - and it holds our Slice accessories. Also alot of people asked about the blue paper on my Sister Act layout from last week - it is actually a doilie that I crackle painted!!! Ok so now I've answered everything ( i hope), here is my workdesk today:
~I actually have a finished piece of artwork for my Alice in Wonderland box!!!! That's the shock - I've actually started it!!!! YAY. Here is a wee close up of the first piece:
~It was inspired by the song Running out of Time on the Almost Alice album!!! I'm really pleased with my first piece, and I will be doing some more of it this week so make sure you check in on Friday for this week's creative projects!!!!

~Speaking of Creative Projects, I've already done 2 layouts this week so I thought I'd share them today (as I'll have plenty to share on Friday). So here are 2 more Websters Pages layouts:
~The photo is Kristofer at our local beach and the whole title is "Barefoot in blue jeans at the beach"..... I found the title on Scrapbook.com and I loved it!!!! This is my first layout using this specific range of Websters - and I had so much fun using it!!! It's the Seaside Retreat papers - lots of handcutting here too.

~And my 2nd layout:
~This is the Hello Beautiful range, and the layout features Robbie (wearing my old glasses). I called this YOU IN 2010 because I think he is growing everyday as a person and I thought it would be nice to record that. I used some vintagey coloured buttons and some wooden numbers - that I painted in peach and rubbed some gold rub on it. I'm really pleased with how this turned out, again lots of handcutting - I used several sheets of paper and made my own background.

~I have to admit that Websters Pages are my favourite papers right now, I can't wait to see what they bring out in the Summer CHA - I'm sure it will all be gorgeous.

~Right that's me for now, I'll be back tomorrow with Thursday Favourites featuring CUPCAKES!!! Make sure you go one post down and check out my interview with the lovely Miss Ally of Pink Ninjas - and leave her some love!!!!
~love Vicki xx

PS - yes that is a crunchie in the photo, and no I haven't eaten it yet!!! But I will :P
