Feature Artist - Kathleen

~Happy Tuesday all,
~So today I have yet another fabulous interviewee in the shape of the lovely Kathleen Glossop, who designs for A Million Memories and My Little Bit Of Whimsy, as well as some others:
My name is Kathleen Glossop, I’m from Western Australia, wife to Jason and Mummy to 3 year old Clay. I’ve been scrapping for about 6 years and am a complete addict - a day rarely goes by when I don’t do something scrappy. I’m not sure what you’d call my style, I love bright colors, and seem to flip from whimsical, to artsy, and pretty much everything in between – I love to explore new styles and techniques.

Who is your biggest inspiration???
My son – he brings me joy, makes me smile, makes me appreciate the little things in life.

Why did you start creating? Ummm, I think just because it was fun! I went to a Creative Memories party and was instantly hooked, found a scrapbook store a couple of days later & that just cemented in the addiction, lol.

What is your favourite thing to create? 12 x 12 Layouts

What are your favourite manufacturers? Sassafras Lass, Pink Paislee, Cosmo Cricket, My Little Shoebox, October Afternoon, Crate Paper...I could go on ;)

You do alot of Design Team work, who is your favourite to design for? Oooo thats a tough one, each has things I love! A Million Memories for the gorgeous kits and being part of such a fabulously inspiring community and team; Made with Memories for teaching and getting to play with all the new goodies arrive in; My Little Bit of Whimsy because Steph is just so darn talented and I adore adding her little creations to my pages; and Aussie Scrap Jack for the continuous inspiration I get from the jack’s each month aswell as the talented girls I get to play with J

Do you create with music? If so what is your favourite creative song? Yes, definitely, need music to scrap! Ummmm, I usually just have the radio on so whatever’s on, anything from Pearl Jam to Pink ;)

What are your 3 must-have creative items? Paint...sewing machine...and a doodling pen J

Have you ever created anything you've hated? Ummm, I don’t think I’ve ever hated anything, I’ve had some I don’t like as much as others, but most of the time I just keep fiddling until I’m happy...my style changes and evolves all the time, so I’m not the biggest fan of things I’ve created a year (or even 6 months) ago, lol.

~Finally Kathleen has this fabulous giveaway of some My Little Whimsy buttons and pins:~All you have to do is leave a comment to be entered into the drawing, I'll reveal the winner next Monday!!!! Thanks Kathleen for the fabulous interview!!
~I'll be back later on today with my Creativity Boot Camp ATC for DAY 10!!

~love,
