Why? Well simply because I ended up knitting half of it wrong, I'm not sure what kind of stitch I was doing but I was aiming for knit one row, purl one row..... it looked mostly pretty but I couldn't stand the bit that was wrong. I am not good at purling yet, so I probably need to practice some more before doing a biggish project. So with this yarn I am going to do a bandana cowl..... I need to get the right sized circular needle but I'm excited.
I do have to say that my purple cowl is coming on really well; it won't be too much longer until it's finished:
I'm excited to see it done, but I'm a little unsure how I cast off from a round...... can anyone help with that or do you have a linky to how it's done..... thanks so much.
If you're here from Tami's WIP Wednesday, thanks for dropping by and say hi if you like....

Don't you hate that! I'm working on a project right now and I've had my fair share of mistakes with it. But I persevere! :)
I wish I knew how to do this... Loving how its looking so far! :):):):):):):):):):):)
I love that bandana cowl. Binding off in the round is the same as on straight knitting, except that it helps it look better if you close the gap at the end of the round.

Hope this helps!
