Painting Technique Layouts

~Last night I went blopping, to see if I could find some techniques I hadn't used before. Anyway I came across quite a few paint techniques that I was desperate to try. The layouts I've done are just quick ones to try the techniques out so please bear with me!!!! Anyway here they are.....

~Rosie
~This layout was done using the latest challenge on the A True Friend blog, which was to talk about why your pet makes you happy!!! Anyway here is my effort........

~I used masking tape to make the orange frame, the poured black paint to make the other frame. The photos are obviously Rosie, my fur-baby!!!

~Iry - Snow Girl
~This layout has the title painted around, using the pouring paint straight on the layout technique and then a little bit of journalling!!!


~I Love Sunglasses
~This one was used leaving the masking tape in place to provide an interesting frame which i painted over.
~The title is BG Chipstickers and the photo is me in my new sunglasses!!!!

~Snow Drops
~This one is using paint splotched on the paper, and pen doodling!!!!

~The photo was taken just last week, and the journalling is the date and also says the first sign of spring!!!!

~Anyway I have really enjoyed doing something a little bit different and I got some layouts that I really like. I did those 4 layouts in about 3 hours, which is a record for me, I tend to take that long doing one!!!!
